A great piece of machine to build hypertrophy and strength in the legs while minimizing stress/load in the back.
Not to be mistaken as a substitute for squats though. Every exercise serves a purpose and it’s important to know the intention behind each movement when training.
I particularly enjoy this one because it allows you to achieve higher amounts of training volume, giving you that pump. And if you’re not crawling out of the machine by the end of your last set, chances are you probably could’ve pushed a little harder. 😉
